Refund
We do not offer refunds or returns for purchased products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue promptly. To initiate this process, email us at info@sriviya.com within 2 days of receiving the product, including an image of the defective item along with the unboxing video.
Exchange
We offer an exchange for products of the same price if your item is damaged. Once we have reviewed your email, we will inform you of the status of your exchange request.
